Cupping

This pain-free technique uses suction cups that when applied to the skin stretch the muscles, draw blood flow to the area, reduce swelling and as a result provide muscles and other soft tissues with the nutrients they need to repair and function properly. It can be quite useful in individuals with injuries to deeper muscle layers or who have multiple problem areas

Pregnancy and Post Natal Massage

This massage style safely assists women in all stages of pregnancy and beyond. It can help relieve pain and swelling and the associated symptoms to prepare the body for labour. After the birth massage can help assist the body in recovery and can help promote lactation to assist with breastfeeding.
